1. Delivery notifications
You will receive an email to the address or SMS you provided once your order has been shipped, this will include the tracking number (if applicable) so you can track your order online until that it arrives at your door. You can also choose to receive delivery confirmation via SMS to your mobile phone.
2. Delivery times
Delivery times are specified on the product page where the delivery date of your order will be indicated to you. If you place your order before 12:00 p.m., after the necessary checks, your order will be dispatched the same day (except Sundays and public holidays). If you indicate a residence address in a country other than that of the billing address), there may be a delay of a few hours to allow GIANATO to carry out the necessary verifications. 2.1 International deliveries
Delivery estimates shown on the product page may not apply to international deliveries. International shipping is calculated at checkout and is free to most countries. Delivery times are indicated on the final payment page. This delay is usually 2 to 10 working days. Shipping charges may apply to some orders outside of Morocco and are calculated at checkout, once you have selected your country. Orders over $100 will be shipped via DHL Express, a next day delivery service to most countries. Orders under $100 can be sent Express for a fee.
3. Postage method
All orders $145 or more are eligible for express shipping, usually via DHL Express. This means your item will be delivered after 4 business days of shipping. » For orders less than $145, we offer standard delivery which means that delivery is usually made the day after shipment. However, delivery may, in rare cases, take several days. You can also select the option to benefit from express delivery at checkout, for an additional $4.9.
